Charie Gill

Charie Gill, our Director of Program Partnerships and founder of The Right Reach, LLC, a consulting firm focused on youth empowerment, social capital, and inclusive workforce solutions, has over 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, systems change, and youth development. Charie has led cross-sector initiatives that elevate Opportunity Youth, including young parents, justice-impacted individuals, and youth navigating foster care or housing instability.

A Minneapolis native and University of Minnesota alumna, Charie is a seasoned strategist, trainer, and program designer known for tools like the Squad Deck and initiatives like "Power Within Us." Her work bridges people, policy, and practice—advancing equity, systems coordination, and long-term opportunity for marginalized communities.
